Who you are working with
Engagements with BroData are contracted through NUVIA VENTURES (SSM 202603080829), a Malaysian sole proprietorship registered at No 58, Jalan Seri Putra 2/3C, Bandar Seri Putra, 43000 Kajang, Selangor. NUVIA VENTURES is the contracting party on every Statement of Work and invoice. BroData is the marketing brand.
How projects are scoped
We work from a written brief and a fixed-scope quote. A flat RM50 secures your slot in the schedule. The balance is invoiced on handover.
If scope changes mid-project, we pause, re-scope, and quote the delta in writing before continuing.
What you own
On final payment, you own the source code we wrote for you. We retain the right to describe the engagement in case studies, with identifying detail anonymised on request.
Warranty
Every shipped engagement carries a 30-day post-handover warranty. Anything we built that does not work as scoped, we fix at no cost during that window.
