Who we are

BroData is a brand of NUVIA VENTURES (SSM 202603080829), a Malaysian sole proprietorship registered at No 58, Jalan Seri Putra 2/3C, Bandar Seri Putra, 43000 Kajang, Selangor. The data controller for any personal data collected on this site is NUVIA VENTURES. For privacy enquiries, email hello@brodata.my.

What we collect

When you send the brief, we collect your name, business name, the problem description, your service interest, and either your WhatsApp number or email so we can reply.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard request data. We also run Vercel Analytics, which collects aggregated, non-personally-identifiable page metrics.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your brief, scope the work, and follow up on the engagement. We do not sell, share, or rent any contact details to third parties.

If we don't end up working together, we delete the brief from our inbox within 90 days.

Where your data is processed

Form submissions are stored in Supabase, with the project region pinned to Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Email notifications are delivered through Resend (United States). The website itself is hosted on Vercel (United States) and writes basic request logs there. We rely on these vendors' published Data Processing Agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border safeguards under Malaysia's PDPA Cross-Border Personal Data Transfer Guidelines 2025. Transfer Impact Assessments are available on request.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-less and collects aggregated, non-personally-identifiable page metrics. We do not set tracking cookies, do not run third-party advertising scripts, and do not use cross-site trackers. The site uses essential cookies only, set by our hosting provider for session integrity; these collect no personal information.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's PDPA 2010, you can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@brodata.my and we will action it within 14 working days.
